Documents which are to be used overseas often need to be prepared or certified by a notary. This also applies to situations where a certified copy of a document - such as a birth certificate, for example - is required to prove a fact.

A wide range of documents require national intervention to be used overseas: deeds, which include, powers of attorney, bills of sale, mortgages form a special category under Canadian Law and we can advise on the particular procedures to be followed. We have a minimum fee of $120.00 for all transactions involving refinancing or sale or purchase of land.
