We offer four types of services.

Attestation, Notarization and Oaths are priced by the notary signature, as follows:

$30 - first

$15 - next, additional

$10 - next, additional

$100 - for 6 notary signatures

One piece of valid Photo ID is required in all transactions.

Notarial true copies are priced by the copy, as follows:

$30 - first

$15 - next, additional

$10 - next, additional

$100 - for 6 documents

Examples:

3 documents are 30 + 15 + 15 = 60$

4 documents are 30 + 15 + 15 + 15 = 75$

6 documents are 30 + 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 + 10 = 100$

Our fees are calculated by the number of signature required by the Notary Public, not the number of pages in the document. Where the document exceeds four pages a Notary Certificate may be recommended. In the case of multiple page document can be notarized as true copy with a Notarial True Copy Certificate, which we draft at a cost of $50 (this replaces the above pricing for the document in question).

We prefer to make the copies in color, no additional charge. For Apostille, if required: we are registered with all relevant government agencies.

Powers of Attorney are priced by the notary signature, which is normally one signature and seal, at a fee of $50.00. This includes up to two (2) witnesses from the office. If an Affidavit of Witness is needed, there is an additional charge of $15.00 per Affidavit.

Agency signing services: Chains of documents involving (1) buying real estate (2) selling real estate, or borrowing of money is priced at $170.00 for acting as agents in the documents signing, with notarization and sealed where needed, and completion of ID confirmation. In this case, we keep a copy of the documents and normally send a pdf copy to the law office, title insurance office, or lender and provide the original signed documents to the client for posting.
